Flipping properties is a hot business, and it is a very fast-paced one as well. Today, real estate is booming. While some industries suffered during and after the pandemic, real estate is hotter than it has been in years. Sometimes brokers need a little help finding and sealing a deal, which is where Oliver Paul Seidler comes in.

The founder and chairman of PropertyForce, Seidler has also written a book and hosts a podcast called Renegade Rules. Working as an intermediary in the flipping market, PropertyForce comprises a sales team that matches properties to investors and completes the transaction without ever taking control of these properties. It is an intense job made up of phone sales but boasting a 100% commission, and even Seidler admits it is a tall order. He credits his hard-working staff for the company’s success and acknowledges the potential of his team to purchase some of these properties to enter the world of real estate and build a rental portfolio.

Seidler views his business as selling assets that can deliver a very good life span. It is an opportunity for people to build wealth, and this acts as a powerful incentive for his sales team. Yet, this is not the only motivator that leads to happy and productive staff. Seidler incorporates other ways to boost morale such as bonuses, contests, shoutouts and company gatherings. He deeply appreciates his staff and strives to do everything he can to demonstrate his appreciation. After all, a happy staff is a loyal and motivated staff. By showing his genuine appreciation, Seidler ensures that people will work harder.

Not only does this hard work pay off for his employees, but it also renders direct benefits to Seidler himself. The success allows him to grow the Renegade Rules brand and assist other entrepreneurs, internal and external, to scale their own businesses. Greater productivity means greater organizational growth, and thus there is a need to develop and implement effective strategies to maximize that growth and prepare for the future. Seidler isn’t too shy to admit that larger revenues mean more R&R for everyone, including himself. When he isn’t in the office, Seidler loves to spend time travelling, snowboarding, and hiking.

Above all else, Seidler loves to help others succeed and build a good life for themselves. Thanks to his strategic thinking and innovative organization, Seidler will be able to continue doing this for some time to come. Renegade maybe, but definitely a revolutionary.
