One person was killed and another was injured in a shooting at a fast food restaurant in Norfolk early Monday morning.
Police responded to the Cook Out located at 700 block of East Little Creek Road near the intersection with Tidewater Drive following a report of a shooting at about 1:25 a.m. A man was pronounced dead at the scene and a second victim sustained a “graze wound” that is not considered life-threatening.
Officers have taken a person into custody who is believed to be involved in the shooting.
No further information has been made available as of early Monday afternoon.
