Jayme Alencar Oliveira Filho, DDS, FAGD, FICD, FICOI, MSc, is a dentist in Chesapeake. He immigrated to the United States in 2003 and became a citizen in 2016. Filho is the founder and chief financial officer of the Alencar Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization that does charity work in Hampton Roads.
