First Colonial’s Skylar Wright has been named the VHSL Class 5 All-State girls soccer Player of the Year and her head coach, Joe Tucei, has been named the Class 5 All-State girls soccer Coach of the Year.
A total of 12 players from Hampton Roads were named to the first and second all-state teams, 11 of which were from Kellam and First Colonial.
