Portsmouth police are looking for a 35-year-old man charged in connection to the shooting death of another man earlier this year.
Police found Modrelle Britt, 33, with a gunshot wound after responding to a call in the 20 block of Dale Drive around 1:19 a.m. on May 25. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police said Antonio Alonzo Collins, also known as “Knuckles,” is charged in connection to the shooting.
Collins is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, malicious shooting and possession of firearm by a convicted felon. He is considered armed and dangerous, police said Wednesday.
